Born Bedford 1943. Studied
at the Slade School of Fine Art between 1961 - 66 and now
lives and works in Suffolk. Has exhibited with the gallery
since 1999.
Pauline's work is concerned with the exploration of the
process of change and of states of change, through the investigation
of botanical and zoological forms, where structure is constantly
changing - the flux of life.
She produces mainly two dimensional work, including |
|
painting,
mixed media and print, in particular using colour etching
and digital printmaking techniques.
A research residency at the University of Cambridge during
2002 - 03 has afforded her the opportunity to study plant
tissue using microscopy and to develop the images through
inkjet and laser printing.
